We keep all items in stock but occasionally we do run out of stock in certain items. If this is the case, we'll immediately ship all items that are in stock and would ship any back ordered item(s) as soon as possible. Our products are shipped via USPS and Canada Post unless your purchase is digital music download in the MP3 format. All personalized MP3 songs and digital music albums are delivered within 24 hours of your payment.
Expedited Shipping Available! For our customers in the USA and Canada, the expedited shipping (Express) is $25 or FREE with orders above $50. Please see all shipping rates above. The rates are adjusted automatically at checkout.

If Exchanging: In order for you to receive your new item as soon as possible, please follow these simple instructions.
Visit www.MyTunez.biz and place a new order for the correct item that you wish to receive. AFTER placing your new order, please ship the original item back to us at the address above. Include your original packing slip along with your NEW invoice number. As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we'll confirm that your new order has been placed and shall issue you a refund.
Please do not just mail your item(s) back with a note stating "I wish to exchange this CD for another CD..." as this will delay the exchange process.
