Shipping:
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please add this order processing time to the length of transit for an estimated day of arrival. We try to keep all items in stock but occasionally we do run out of stock in certain items. If this is the case, we will immediately ship any items that are in stock and ship all back ordered items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post unless it's a digital music download in MP3 format. All MP3 songs and music albums are delivered within 24 hours of your payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. This is a notification that lets you know that your order has been completed and is ready for shipping.
It's important to add email address info@mytunez.biz to your address book in order for you to receive the notifications and download instructions from MyTunez.biz, or you can check your spam and junk mail folders frequently if you've made a purchase or requested additional information from us.
Payment Options:
We currently accept PayPal (www.paypal.com), all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery), Interac Email Money Transfers (www.certapay.ca) and money orders / certified checks. All PayPal and credit card orders are processed in real-time through PayPal's secure server. Paying with Interac Email Money Transfer allows our Canadian customers to use online banking through one of the top 5 financial institutions in Canada (BMO, CIBC, RBC, SCOTIA, TD).
Returns and Exchanges:
MyTunez.biz customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, please send them back, undamaged and unused, within 30 days of receiving the item and we will happily exchange the item or provide you with a refund for the full price of the item*.
*Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees incurred in the return/exchange process.

If Exchanging: In order for you to receive your new item as soon as possible, please follow these simple instructions. Please visit our website and place an order for the correct item that you wish to receive. AFTER placing your new order, please ship the original item back to us at the address above. Please include your original packing slip, along with your NEW invoice number. As soon as we recieve the returned item in new condition, we will confirm that a new order has been placed and will provide a cash refund to your original payment method.
Please DO NOT simply mail back your items with a note stating "I wish to exchange for another CD album," etc, as this will significantly delay the exchange process. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees that may incur in the exchange process.

If Returning for Refund: Please indicate that you wish to receive a refund, and provide a short description of your reason for returning the item. If your item is eligible for a cash refund, we will provide a refund to the original method of payment. If your item is not eligible for a cash refund (see above), then we will provide store credit.
